2026 marks a huge milestone for Team Rachel — 20 years in business!

As we celebrate, we’re reflecting on the crews in the field, the teams behind the scenes, and the partners who’ve trusted us along the way. Your commitment and grit are the foundation of everything we’ve built.

For two decades, Rachel Contracting has taken pride in doing things the right way—showing up, digging in, and delivering results that last.

This milestone belongs to our employees, clients, partners, and communities who have been part of the journey. Thank you for trusting us and growing with us. This is just the beginning — we’ll be sharing stories, throwbacks, and milestones throughout the year.

Subcontractor/Specialty Contractor Award Winner – Essentia Health St. Mary’s Hospital Demolition.

The Essentia Health St. Mary’s Hospital Demolition Project encompassed the safe abatement, demolition, site restoration of a 12-story, 648,000 SF facility in downtown Duluth. Highlights included environmental remediation, removal of three skywalks, & a 110-foot chimney, followed by backfill, new utilities, lighting, landscape restoration. and transforming an entire city block for future redevelopment.

We’re feeling incredibly honored and grateful to be the recipient of the 𝙈𝙞𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙚𝙡 𝙅. 𝘾𝙖𝙨𝙗𝙤𝙣 𝘼𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙙! This award, created in honor of industry safety pioneer Mike Casbon, recognizes organizations that go above and beyond in demonstrating excellence in safety and fostering a strong safety culture across their teams. Mike Casbon dedicated more than 25 years to advancing safety in demolition, decontamination, and construction, and his legacy lives through this meaningful recognition.

Grateful for the colleagues, mentors, and partners who make this work possible. Here’s to continuing to uphold the highest standards and making a positive impact every day! Proud to be part of an industry that values leadership, collaboration, and making a positive impact.

Rachel’s Annual Picnic is a special tradition that brings our Rachel families together for a fun, welcoming day at our workplace. It’s a chance for loved ones to see where we work, connect with our team, and share in the pride of what we do. The day was filled with great food, smiling faces, and plenty of treat-creating lasting memories for everyone who attends.

Rachel Contracting was recognized for their commitment to jobsite safety as a CHASE (Construction Health and Safety Excellence) contractor, at this year’s AGC Recognition Event! CHASE is a partnership dedicated to promoting safety excellence and protecting the well-being of construction workers through proactive safety practices and collaboration. 𝙒𝙚 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙞𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙨𝙖𝙛𝙚𝙩𝙮!
