In 2006, Don Rachel set out to provide Minnesota with next-level civil construction value and services.
Knowing success can’t be achieved alone, Don assembled a team of partners who shared his values of integrity, experience, creativity, and safety. Together with industry leaders such as Jerry Rachel, Mark Kraemer, and Matt Coz, the Rachel team took shape.
Fast forward 18 years, and much has changed. The sectors we serve, the experience we’ve amassed, and the technologies we employ have advanced by leaps and bounds.
