The Black Ice Jig is an exciting annual ice fishing event hosted by the Rachel Foundation on the second Saturday of February. This family-friendly gathering offers an array of fun activities! It is our biggest fundraiser of the year!
Nothing is as gratifying as giving back while having a little fun. Check out our most recent charity event, the 2025 Black Ice Jig Fishing Tournament at Sugar Lake in Annandale, MN, which raises money to give back to local 501(c)(3) organizations.
Each Summer, we dust off our motorcycles and classic cars, rev the engines, and raise funds for our community during the Rachel Foundation Fun Run.
We had a blast preparing over 300 sandwiches for the Sandwich Project of MN, benefiting the Simpson Food Shelf in Minneapolis.
Twice a year, the Rachel team pitches in to keep our community safe and clean by adopting a stretch of Highway 241 through St. Michael, MN.
It’s our privilege to support the following non-profits.

We stand behind our team members who give back to their community. For any Rachel employee who donates to a non-profit organization, Rachel Contracting will match 100% of their donation (up to $500), invested into The Rachel Foundation.
Furthermore, if any team member volunteers for non-profit organizations in their personal time, Rachel Contracting will match the first 5 hours at a value of $50/hr and up to $500 invested into the Rachel Foundation.
Donate to The Rachel Foundation today. Your generous gift will help us build stronger communities.
