Rachel teamed up with Watson Forsberg on this new ground up project. Demo crews kicked off this project with demolishing an existing church and residential home over the winter months. Once the ground was thawed our subcontractor Bolduc drove beam and lagging retention to support the new foundation excavation for the 15,000 SF building. This site was surrounded my new road construction which was not shared at the time of the project creating a low access, tight site. Rachel utillity crews installed a new sanitary and water service into the new building. The sanitary connection was 26ft deep in the middle of a road in downtown minneapolis. A 22,000lb precast jellyfish structure was also installed which required two backhoes to carry the structure across the site and set in place.
