Rachel Contracting crews wrapped up site grading at Kelley Park in Apple Valley in Fall 2025. Earlier this season, our team completed demolition of the existing park and playground to make way for exciting new features including a city band shelter and amphitheater, splash pad play area, and expanded parking. Big things are coming to Kelley Park! Rachel utility crews installed a underground stormwater structure as well as new water and sanitary service lines off the main in the road. In 2026 Crews will be back onsite to finish grade the site and install aggregate below all concrete and asphalt surfaces.
