Rachel Contracting was hired to demolish the former Prudential Campus Building in Plymouth, MN. Pre-demolition work included the removal of all asbestos containing material and universal wastes, decommissioning of five elevators and utility disconnects. The demolition work included the total building demolition of the 4-Story 480,000 square foot commercial building including the removal of all slabs and foundations utilizing hydraulic excavators with various demolition attachments. The concrete generated was crushed and stockpiled for beneficial reuse onsite.
