IPL Wever is a 150 MW Solar Project located in Wever, IA that stretches across 1,040 Acres. The work being completed under Team Rachel’s contact includes site grading, temporary pond excavation, access road installation, draintile installation and site restoration. The biggest challenge on this project is managing a site this large with so many activities happening at once. A lot of credit goes to John Rowe and Taylor Baer for the job they have done managing Rachel employees, the crews, as well as the multiple subcontractors that are working on the expansive site.
