Dave Lyste

Dave leads the estimating and project management teams at Rachel. He has been with the company since their starting year of 2006. With a background of estimating and managing civil construction projects throughout the Midwest over the past 20 years, he has a wide range of project experience that covers all market sectors that Rachel focuses on. His background as a civil engineer provides a unique approach to project planning and execution. He excels at pre-construction planning and analyzing Rachel's approach to projects which often saves the client time and money. Dave enjoys getting involved with challenging projects that require environmental remediation, difficult/unique soil conditions or value-engineering approaches to construction. Dave is heavily involved with many construction industry associations and takes advantage of the educational and networking aspects that comes with each one. When Dave isn't working, he enjoys spending time with family and friends at concerts, sporting events or relaxing at the lake.
